Wallace Collection Experience for Kids- Kings and Queens 29/07 10.30 am
This is an unique opportunity to explore an extraordinary collection of incredible paintings, decorative arts, furniture, porcelain, arms and armour, gold boxes and miniatures at the Wallace Collection in London.
We designed a special tour to introduce children to Kings and Queens present in this magnificent museum. We will pay a short visit to the young Queen Victoria, future King George IV, French Royals from the Bourbon Dynasty and find out interesting facts about their lives.
The tour involves discussion, dressing up, drawing and sticking in our unique activity books created especially for this tour.
Museum Trips are designed to be enjoyed by children 5-11 years old. We can not accept any younger children to participate in our events because the length of the tour and activities involved might not be suitable.
Museum Trips are designed for your child to participate independently and don't require parental supervision. Adults can arrange to visit the exhibition by booking their ticket directly from the museum.
Our guided tours are 2 hours long (10.30-12.30) and involve art activities, discussion and other tasks. Each child receives a bespoke activity book filled with tasks, challenges and information about the artist designed by Imagine Art Club. All art materials and supply are provided by our dedicated staff. All tours are delivered in small groups of up to 12 children with the support of 2-3 educators. This allows all children to get involved and receive individual attention.
All of our educators and volunteers hold an Enhanced DBS check.
